Use this form for: bug reports (tell us your browser and device), feature ideas, classroom stories, or business inquiries. We aim to reply within 2 business days, often within 24 hours.
What Happens After You Send?
Your message goes directly to our inbox (we use FormSubmit to forward to stylesstrong@gmail.com — we don't publish the email to avoid spam, but that's where it lands). We read it, and if it's a bug, we try to reproduce it on our test devices: iPhone 12, Samsung A32, and a Windows laptop with Chrome. If it's a feature idea, we add it to our Trello board and prioritize by how many teachers ask for it.
Common Questions Before Contacting
Q: My wheel doesn't spin on my school laptop. A: Try updating Chrome, or use the 10-second duration — older laptops struggle with 30-second animations. Also disable ad blockers that block canvas.
Q: Can you add a save feature? A: We're working on opt-in localStorage saving. For now, keep your list in a text file and paste it. We avoid auto-saving by default for privacy.
Q: Do you offer an API? A: Not yet. The entire app is one HTML file by design. If you need an API for a large giveaway, tell us your use case.
Response Time: We are a small team (basically one person with occasional help) and aim to respond within 2 business days.
